For the last year, most people who pay attention to and have websites about, shoes and fashion have wondered the same thing. Who thought it was a good idea to make flipper, scuba diving, high heels to go swimming?

That's a question we still cannot answer because besides this picture, taken by a passerby, there is virtually no information on these high heels or the person(s) who made them. As of now, we only know that the shoes are called High Tide, again because of the picture.

However, it seems that these were created for a fashion show and are possibly just art pieces. Lets hope and pray that they are.

I have to say that I don't own a single pair of pvc boots and I can't imagine that most women do. They don't look bad and in fact these pictures show that they can be very sexy.

Some of my favorite boots ever are the Baby Phat Fortuna 04 but BP also has many different high heels that are just as hot and beautiful to look at. I'm especially fond of some of the sandals but those black boots (Fortuna) will always be my favorite by Baby Phat, especially now that its getting harder to find a pair, online and off.
